Mommy and Baby Time!
If there is one thing I have always liked it's art. I love that Derek gets so excited when I bring out the fun colors. I love showing him what happens when you mix different colors, even though he doesn't understand it he sure likes the making a mess part.

Kids make the most wonderful canvases for painting don't they! ;)
teach him early that art is only for paper, and not WALLS or FURNITURE...or you'll have fun cleaning it up from those places :S my girls are still figuring that concept out... :(
