4 1/2 Month Check Up
Pork Chop is a growing boy! He is nearly 5 months now!
We took him in for a check up for his cold and shots.
The doctor was confused as to why he measured so tall, that she measured
him 3 different times to confirm it. She said, "Wow he's a tall
little guy isn't he." As we all know he is a Robison... which Intel's that he's got family
that is very tall! So maybe we'll see another 6' man!
Here is what he's at:
26" Tall - 70% percentile
15 LBS 12 Oz- 50% percentile
Head Circumference 42 1/2 CM- 42 % percentile
We've started him on Baby food, the doctor said to
introduce a new flavor
each week of veggies; to start with the yellows.
Pork Chops favorite is Sweet Potatoes!

I can't believe how big Derek is already! He's so cute. Though, I'm confused, where did the nickname Pork Chop come from?
He's gonna have some tall cousins too! My girls have always been in the 75%+ in the height, and 50%ish for weight. Kaleigh was actually predicted to be 6 ft. tall. We'll see how that goes! My other girls are supposed to be around the 5'7" mark on the charts give or take a few inches!
Make sure Pork Chop crawls...important stuff! Marley was walking at 6 months, but skipped the crawling...we actually had to make her crawl by moving her hands and knees for her for a while! It's important for brain function/development as well as his eye depth perception training.
